Refund policy

At Poppins Kids, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Contact@poppinskids.ca with your order number and reason for return
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

5. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@poppinskids.ca with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
